Are there minimum numbers for a Private Group?
Yes, there may be minimum numbers required for you to have your private Retreat Life Host / Event Manager. Private Groups will be quoted based on Proposal needs, generally Groups are 10 or more guests for guided programs / events. If numbers are below this, then this will be classified as Private traveller programs with other local Hosts and not necessarily Retreat Life host/representative during the experience. We will be there in the pre-planning stages and externally during the experience This depends on location also.

We can work with you on your Group numbers, and tailor to your needs to run multiple programs should event numbers need to be capped. Lets start up a conversation around this to discuss further.
Why pay a deposit? Is this deposits refundable?
A deposit secures your retreat place. This means your can take advantage of early booking prices and this helps us to secure our min, numbers to host group experiences. Deposits are non-refundable unless your place can be filled by another guest, an admin fee may still apply for $250 pp. We highly recommend all retreat guests take out travel insurance at time of booking, for any unforeseen personal circumstances. We will always try our best to work with each guest, however when other third party expenses are involved to pay in advance then these do need to be accounted for.
To begin your Group planning a deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable if you forfeit your event or retreat. This covers any administration and third party expenses. We strongly recommend private travel insurance is purchased in advance in case of any unforeseen reasons. Depending on the situation, if deposit is paid 60 or more days in advance of the retreat / event date, then we may be able to transfer your place to apply to another date may be possible minus any administrative and third party expenses.
Note ALL international retreats outside of Australia require private travel insurance at the own expense of participant. It is highly recommended guests travelling within Australia to also take our personal travel insurance as we can not be responsible for guests circumstances.
For Private Groups and Corporate this will be discussed further at the Proposal stage.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes we do. We are committed to helping our guests where we are able too. Attending an Retreat is an investment in yourself. We value your commitment. Over the years we find guests who really are commitment and don’t feel they have the full amount at the time, then opportunities arise where the money becomes available and abundance flows. We would be happy to discuss this with you in person in more detail if required.
Generally, for Retreat Life Retreats full payment to be received 60 days / 2 months prior to the Retreat. If you choose to commit to a Payment Plan then where possible we may be able to spread this out to be paid in full prior to your experience in equal instalments to support your abundant flow. Each additional payment transaction (excludes the initial deposit and final balance) occurs a $25 administration fee and allows for a payment extension where possible, however ALL payments must be paid in full prior to the travel experience.
For other programs and experiences organised by other Hosts may have payment policies, if so this will be clearly stated on the appropriate Retreat listing and / or at time of booking in writing.
A Payment Plan is possible and will be advised at the Proposal stage this will reflect the payment policies of the other service providers and venues involved.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
RETREAT LIFE HOSTED RETREATS AND PACKAGES
Retreat places are required to be paid 60 days in advance. If guest cancels less than 60 days, generally between 30 to 60 days, 50% of package is forfeited and if less than 30 days 100% is forfeited. We strongly advise guests to take our personal travel insurance.
If the retreat place can be filled by the guest or another guest, then an admin fee may apply and the rest of the paid balance may be refundable.
If in the rare case the retreat / event is cancelled by the organisers then the guests receives a full refund. Please note until min. numbers are met for guided retreat packages, we suggest guest takes out personal travel insurance at time of booking any travel (flights, accomodation,other adjoining tours etc) or wait to pay for flights and other travel arrangement until the event is confirmed.
Thank you, we hope none of the above happens but life does happen so the sooner the notice we will try out best to accomodate the best solution for all.

What do I need to pack?
Don’t worry we will have you covered! Each Retreatee will receive a Welcome Pack/Itinary closer to your commencement date. This will help you prepare what to bring and other useful information relating to your experience to better prepare for this.
